Narrow touch-ups

Hi evreyone! It's only day 2 of the new Early access version, and a new update is already in development! It is a smaller update, but here's the biggest parts of what's being worked on:

New Steam engine: Presenting, the very first narrow gauge engine in BOTH train simulator games: Durango and Silverton 476 K 28. 

New control: Reverser, allows more controlability on how much power is going to the pistons, and allows the locomotive to travel in reverse.

Texture changes: CPRR No.131 is getting it's wheels revamped, as before it ran "Wobbily"
